How it will work
Rent collected in three moves
The tenant gets a link
On each due date, your tenant receives a payment link by WhatsApp or SMS, carrying the exact amount of their rent.
They pay by Mobile Money
Orange Money, MTN, Wave or Moov: they pay from their phone, with no trip to the office and no paper receipt.
The rent is collected and recorded
The payment is matched automatically to the tenancy and the invoice: receipt generated, balance updated, landlord informed.
The reminder goes out by itself
Nothing paid by the due date? The reminder goes back out on the channel the tenant actually reads, with the current balance.
The providers we are targeting
The screen already exists; Mobile Money will land in it
Your cash and bank transfer payments are already tracked there, with their receipts. Tomorrow mobile payment will arrive in the same place, matched on its own.
